When you’re a young character in a horror movie, just like Janet and Brad, you might get lost or your car might break down. But that’s just fine because otherwise you wouldn’t meet Frankenstein. Oh sorry, it’s Frank-A-Furter. And this is a very different “master creates a monster” story. You don’t get to call the monster by its master (as many people still do, please, Frankenstein is the guy, not the thing) but the whole movie is named by the “monster” Rocky. Even though he’s not that important, is he? Not when there’s this sweet transvestite from transsexual Transylvania. And unlike the boring Frankenstein, Frank-A-Furter really likes to party (and so much more).
